Credit Services Organization Annual Report
Pursuant to K.S.A. 16a-1-101 et seq., all Supervised Loan (SL) Licensees are required to file an annual written report with the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner (OSBC) by April 15, 2025. The 2024 Annual Report form is available at the link below. Only one annual report form is due per company. If your company has branches, report all company information on one form.
Supervised Loan Licensee Annual Report
Pursuant to K.S.A. 9-2216a et seq., all Mortgage Company (MC) Licensees are required to file an annual written report with the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner (OSBC). The standard NMLS mortgage call report (MCR) with the addition of the State Specific Supplemental Form (SSSF) will now fulfil this requirement and MC licensees no longer need to complete the Mortgage Company Limited Annual Report outside the NMLS system.
As of reporting period Q1 2024, the OSBC will require transactions involving Kansas mortgage processing and/or underwriting to be reported within the SSSF under Licensed Processors and Underwriters SF600 – SF 660. Kansas does not require completion of any other section or field on the SSSF, including Revenue Data (SF1100). Commercial business is not within OSBC jurisdiction, and consumer loans do not fall under the mortgage company license, so we will not require that data to be entered. However, if you have Kansas data to enter, we will not prohibit the entry if you choose to do so.
